Gupta Dynasty, Skandagupta (455-467 AD), Later Issue, Heavy Standard Gold Dinar, Archer Type,Obv: king nimbate standing to left wearing long sash, holding an indian long bow in his left hand and arrow in his right hand, garuda standard behind right hand, under left arm brahmi legend 'Skanda' with crescent above, circular brahmi legend around, Rev: goddess lakshmi seated on a stylized lotus in padmasana holding corcucopia in right hand and lotus in the left, brahmi legend at right "Kramadityah", tamgha at left, 9.23g, 20.20mm, (BMC # Pl.
