Gupta Dynasty, Chandragupta II (Vikramaditya) (375-415 AD), Gold Dinar, "Archer" type, Obv: king, nimbate standing facing left, wearing coat, trousers, earings, necklace and short sakachchha dhoti, holding bow in his left hand arrow in right hand, Brahmi legend "Chandra" below arm,  ribboned garuda standard at left, Rev: goddess Lakshmi, nimbate seated facing on throne, showering coins with her right hand and holding cornucopia in left hand, Brahmi legend "Sri Vikramah" in the right field,  tamgha at left field, 7.8g, 17.80mm, (Unlisted in Altekar & BMC), about very fine, Very Rare.

This specimen shows the different style of short sakachchha dhoti, which king is wearing in the obverse. Obverse is double struck with double head variety.
