| Full Description: Mexico, Gold 50 Pesos, 1821-1945 AD, Obv: the mexican arms within a small wreath with the spanish legend 'ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS' (Mexican United States) around the top, Rev: liberty statue with the denomination 50 PESOS to the right, the gold content 37,5 G. ORO PURO (37,5 grams of pure gold), and the dates 1821 to the left and 1945 to the right, 41.5g, 36.9mm, almost uncirculated, Extremely Rare. These large Mexican Gold coins, Pesos, are often referred to in tribute to Mexico's year of independence from Spain: 1821, thus the edge is engraved as 'INDEPENDENCIA Y LIBERTAD'.
