| Full Description: Delhi Sultanate, Turk Dynasty, Shams ud-din Itutmish (AH 607-633/1210-1235 AD), Budaun Mint, Silver Tanka, In the name of Caliph al-Nasir, Obv: Arabic legend The Kalima Shahada, “al nasir lidinullah amir al muminin” within a circle, Hijri year in margins, Rev: Arabic legend "al-sultan al-a'zam Shams ud dunya wa'l din Abu'l Muzaffar Iltutmish al-sultan with nasir amir al-mu'minin", 10.80g, 25.17mm, (G&G # D31), test mark, about very fine, Very Rare. Note: As per the G&G, the calligraphy style of this coin has similarities to that on the Budaun Mint coins, thus struck from “Budaun Mint”.
