Vijayanagara Empire, Tuluva Dynasty, Krishnadevaraya (1509-1529 CE), Gold 1/2 Varaha, Obv: Balakrishna seated cross-legged, accosted by a conch (right) and a discus (left), with his left hand resting on his left knee and his right hand holding a lump of butter, a beaded bracelet, armlets and anklets adorning his chubby limbs, Rev:  Nagari legend “Shri pra/tapa krishna/raya” in three lines with interlinear s, 1.66g, 9.63mm, (Dr. M. Girijapathi # 161), almost complete details on both the sides, about very fine, Very Rare.
