Madras Presidency, Arkat (Arcot) Mint, Silver Double Rupee,  AH1172/6 RY, Edge: Grained Right, Straight Axis, Struck in the name of Alamgir II, Obv: Persian legend "Sikka Mubarak Badshah Ghazi Alamgir", Rev: Persian legends "sana 6 julus" & "zarb Arkat" completely visible at the bottom, 23.7g, 39.00mm, (KM # 391/Stevens # 3.340/PR # 245), VF-XF, Extremely Rare.

Note: Struck posthumously in the name of Alamgir II in 1807 over a Spanish Colonial 8 Reales of indeterminate date and mint.
