Delhi Sultanate, Suri Dynasty, Sher Shah (AH 945-952/1538-1545 AD), Ranthambhor Mint, Silver Rupee, Small flan, AH 950, Obv: Arabic legend The Kalama Shahada within a square and the four Caliphs' names in the margins, Rev: Arabic legends, "Sher Shah sultan khuld Allahu mulkahu" & Hijri year 950 within an inner square, "Sultan-ul-adil Abu'l Muzaffar Farid-ud-dunya wa'l din" in the margins, Nagari legend 'Sri Ser Sah' & 'zarb Ranthambhor' almost completely visible at the bottom, 11.23g, 26.51mm, (Small flan is Unlisted), test marks, original patina, choice extremely fine, Extremely Rare.
