Tripura Kingdom, Amara Manikya (SE 1499-1508/1577-1586 AD), Silver Tanka/ Rupee, Saka Era 1503 (1581), citing queen Amaravati, Obv: a lion walking to the left, flag tied to the shaft, date saka 1503 below, all within a circle, pellets added in the outer border of double arches, Rev: Bengali legend "Srihatte Vijayi/Sri Sri Yutamara Ma/nikya Deva Sri A/maravati Devyau" within a square, in four lines, arabesques around, 9.48g, 24.29mm, (KM # 92/RB # 169), beautifully struck, very attractive, about extremely fine, Very Rare.
