Awadh State, Sa’adat Ali Khan II (AH 1212-1229/1798-1814 AD), Najibabad Mint (Off flan), Silver Rupee, AH XXX6/43 RY, “Saya-e-fazle elah" couplet, In the name of Shah Alam II, Obv: Persian legend “Sikka zad bar haft kishwar sayaye fazle elah, hami-e-dine Muhammad, Shah Alam Badshah”, Rev: Persian legend “sana 43 julus”, maimant manus, “zarb Najibabad” at the top and few mint mark, Persian letter 'Ha' in the loop of the letter sin of Julus, and a word beginning Alif Lam He (Allah?) to the left of the regnal year, as well as the usual Persian letter mim and fish symbol, 11.13g, 21.06mm, (MK # 6.75), about extremely fine, Very Rare.

Note: Silver rupees of regnal year 43 are found with interesting arrangements of a probable word “Allah” to the left of the regnal year with the Persian letter ‘Ha’ in the sin of Julus.

Najibabad was a Rohilla mint until 1774 when the Nawab Wazir of Awadh took the town. The town passed to the British in 1801 AD (AH 1216-1217) and the mint may have continued operations until 1805 AD.
