Full Description: Kushan Dynasty, Vasudeva I (190-230 AD), Gold Dinar, Obv: Crowned, diademed king standing facing, nimbate, holding trident and sacrificing at altar at left, second trident above fire altar, Bactrian legend around þAONONOþAO BA .. ZΔOηO KOþONO (King of Kings Bazodeo Kushan), nandipada in right field, Rev: lord siva standing facing, holding trident and wreath, the bull nandi standing behind facing the right side with Bactrian legend at left OηþO (OESHO) and tamgha at left, 8.05g, 22.20mm, (Gobl # variant of 657), about extremely fine, broad flan with complete and clear details, superb quality, Scarce.
This specimen shows almost full legends and usually the Nandi faces at left but here it is facing towards right.
