Full Description: Jaintiapur, Jatra Narayan (SE 1704-1707/1782-1785 AD) Silver Tanka/Rupee, Saka Era 1704, Obv: legends “sri sri si/va charana ka/mala madhu ka/rasya” and a six-pointed star, two beads in the lower field,within a double circled border with beads in between, Rev: legends, “sri sri ja/yantipura pu/randarasya” & SE 1704, flowers at the left and right of the top line, with petals of elongated dots, within a double circled border with beads in between, 9.17g, 29.5mm, (KM # 192/RB # M1), about extremely fine, Extremely Rare. Note: Jatra Narayan was the nephew of Chattra Simha. His coins are all very rare.
