Full Description: Kushan Dynasty, Vasudeva II (275-310 CE), Gold Dinar, "Ardokhsho" type, Obv: the king, crowned and nimbate, standing facing left, sacrificing over an altar, holding a filleted standard in his left hand, a ribboned trident surmounts the altar, Brahmi initials "Bha" near his right foot, "Vi" between the legs, “Ga” under raised left arm and "Vasu" to the outer right, Bactrian legend “(þAONANOþAO BA ... ZOΔηO KOþANO),” (King of Kings, Vasudeva, the Kushan) around the field, Rev: the goddess Ardokhsho enthroned, nimbate, facing forward, holding a cornucopia in her left hand and a diadem in her extended right, a tamgha in the upper-left field, Bactrian legend "APΔOXþO" (ARODKHSHO) on the right field, 7.6g, 21.77mm, (Gobl # 577/Jongward & Cribb # 1649), superb uncirculated, Very Rare.
