Vijayanagara Empire, Tuluva Dynasty, Sadashivaraya (15 Century CE), Gold Varaha, Obv: the god Lakshmi Narayana seated on a raised platform, Vishnu’s left hands holds a conch-shell (shankha) and the other is around his consort's waist, one right-hand holds a discus (chakra) while the other is in the abhayamudra gesture, Rev: the Nagari legend "Shri Sa/dashiva ra/yaru" in three lines with interlinear rules, 3.40g, 10.48mm, (Mitch. K&A # 710), choice very fine, Rare.
