| Full Description: CIS-Nabha, Sardar Hamir Singh (1755-1783 AD), Sahrind Mint (off flan), Silver Rupee, "Qadir-e-bechun" Couplet, In the name of Ahmad Shah Durrani, Obv: Persian legend “hukm shud az qadir-e-bechun ba Ahmad Badshah, sikka-e-zan bar seem-o-zar az auj mahi ta bamah", Rev: a symbol of “swad” in Persian letter 'seen' of julus & 4 pointed star below, "zarb Sahrind" off flan at the bottom, 11.10g, 18.47mm, (Unlisted in KM /Saran & Dalwinder # NB 2a), no test mark, about very fine, Rare. Note: This coin could be an early issue of Nabha. The 4-pointed star is likely the beginning of the evolution of the star observed on the later Nabha coins. | ||||
